MOISTURE METER FOR MEASURING THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF MATERIALS IN DIGESTERS

The production of FIZEPR-SW100.17.15 microwave moisture meters for measuring the moisture content of materials in digesters at temperatures up to 145°C and pressures up to 6 bar has been mastered.

The sensor is made in a housing with a diameter of 75 mm. A 126mm diameter "skirt" is welded to the sensor housing, which allows sealing when using the sensor at high pressures. The sensor head is covered with an abrasion-resistant corundum ceramic disc.

 The sensor is inserted into the digester through a pipe with a flange and pressed by a counter flange, flange design – 80-6-01-1-According to GOST 33259. The depth of the sensor entry into the boiler can be adjusted by the thickness of the spacer ring installed between the sensor's "skirt" and the pipe flange. To seal the connection of the pipe flange with the sensor's "skirt" and with the spacer ring, it is recommended to use high-temperature gaskets according to GOST R 52376-2005 for flanges DN80, PN6. The permissible pressure in the boiler is 6 kGf/cm².

   The sensor is supplied complete with a counter (pressure) flange and a high-temperature gasket for this flange for installation in a cooking kettle. A branch pipe with a flange can be included in the delivery set.

Currently, production is being prepared for the release of a new modification of the 17 series moisture meters, this is the FIZEPR-SW100.17.16 microwave moisture meter. This moisture meter basically repeats the design of the FIZEPR-SW100.17.15 moisture meter, but is intended for use in concrete mixers. There is no "skirt" in the sensor of the new moisture meter, and for mounting the sensor on the mixer, locking rings are included in the package, similar to those used in the FIZEPR-SW100.17.12 sensors. The feature of the new modification is a replaceable ceramic disc. The FIZEPR-SW100.17.16 moisture meter is designed to replace Western-made moisture meters with a case diameter of 75mm.
